Pastor Victor D. Thompson, Sr. has been in ministry for more than 28 years. He desires to please God and pursue the will of God by leading, restoring, and liberating the hearts and minds of men through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
A transformational leader, revolutionary thinker, and visionary; Pastor Thompson previously served as the Senior Pastor of God’s Temple of Zion International Fellowship Inc., located in Waxhaw, NC. His extraordinary compassion for lost souls and enthusiasm for empowering those who have been hurt, oppressed, and broken have propelled and sustained him for more than 28 years of ministry. Now, as the founder and Senior Pastor of Family Legacy Ministry, Pastor Thompson’s total submission to Christ and anointing are manifested through the gifts of preaching, teaching, prophesying, healing, and encouraging others.
Beyond the pulpit, Pastor Victor D. Thompson, Sr’s. vision for his local community and region consists of creating an environment where individuals can engage in holistic and civic activities that nurture the capacity of the total man. In addition, his desire to educate and inspire men to discover their potential is another mandate of his pastoral ministry. Lastly, Pastor Thompson is the father of four beautiful and awesome children and the grandfather of one amazing grandson. Pastor Thompson credits God first and his family as the source of his perseverance, confidence and tenacity.
